Our Mission
The MacLeod Consulting Group's mission is to enhance the profitability and
value of it's automotive clients.
From a dealership perspective, areas offering additional profit opportunity
should be efficiently identified, then targeted with action plans created with
dealership management involvement and consensus. The focus should be in
facilitating the creation of action plans consistent with the operating
philosophies of the dealer while recognizing and taking advantage of new ways of
doing business. No one plan fits every operation. Over thirty years working with
dealers across the country in all phases of their operations ensures the merging
of today's technologies with real world and practical dealer needs.
From a manufacturer perspective, dealer relations must be collaborative with a
clear focus on customer satisfaction. While the respective roles of
manufacturers and dealers are always evolving, neither can do it alone. Each
party must be allowed to do what it does best. Candid, clear and instant
communications are a starting point. A proven track record of reaching out to
dealers both as a manufacturer's representative and independent consultant
ensures the skills to innovate and implement the processes required to achieve
this relationship.
